Google Email to Fax

Sending Google email to fax is extremely simple if you have the right tools.  Luckily, for this purpose, the only things you need are a fax service, a computer and an Internet connection. Let’s take a look at the fax sending process in a step-by-step fashion:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and click on compose a new message
  2. Add the document you wish to fax as an attachment (it can be a digital document or a photo).  Alternatively you can type the message directly on the email body.
  3. Specify the recipient’s number on the TO field.  This must be done following the structure of an email address.  In case you are using RingCentral Fax, a fax number will look like this:
  4. 243567980@rcfax.com
  5. Type any extra indication you wish to add in the message’s subject.
  6. Press Send.

That’s it! Your Google fax is on its way, and in a few seconds you should receive an email confirming the delivery of your fax.

Try it yourself!
