- Log in to your Gmail account and click on compose a new message
- Add the document you wish to fax as an attachment (it can be a digital document or a photo). Alternatively you can type the message directly on the email body.
- Specify the recipient’s number on the TO field. This must be done following the structure of an email address. In case you are using RingCentral Fax, a fax number will look like this:
- 243567980@rcfax.com
- Type any extra indication you wish to add in the message’s subject.
- Press Send.
That’s it! Your Google fax is on its way, and in a few seconds you should receive an email confirming the delivery of your fax.
Try it yourself!
